Aquatic Strength Training

Weight room workouts provide only one form of resistance. Aquatic workouts provide resistance in all directions. Accordingly, aquatic exercise is a big advantage in sports training because athletes strengthen their muscles in exactly the motions they'll need in their sports. Studies consistently show that aquatic exercise is safer and more effective than land based methods!
