Selecting a coach for your
kicker or punter is no easy matter. After searching for a coach for my son Evan,
Doug Blevins was the clear choice for many reasons, including;

Coach Blevins began teaching
my son, Evan, when he was 11 years old. I believe Evan was his youngest student
and Coach Blevins may have had some reservations because of his age.
After our first session, it was clear to me that we made the right coaching
selection. At the end of Evan's first season in midget football, he achieved a
19 for 21 extra point record. More importantly, his association with Coach
Blevins has provided him with a strong foundation for the future, one that
extends far beyond football.
As a parent, I've learned that
it's all about your child comparing themselves to the right people, learning to
set and attain goals, and seeing first hand that with the proper techniques and
hard work, they will succeed. This is much more than football.
